Templates & Solutions Center: now visible to all users
The Templates & Solutions Center is now accessible to everyone in an account, including users who cannot create spaces or install templates (such as Viewers and Collaborators). This makes it easier for all teams to discover what Wrike has to offer.
Key updates:
• All users can now browse the full gallery and view template details, descriptions, and previews.
• Users without installation permissions see a clear message explaining how to gain the necessary access.
• Greater visibility for Wrike Solutions: more teams can discover pre-built workflows.
AI Agents March Update: Precision Control
AI Agents receive a significant update focused on precision and process control.
• Move or add items to specific folders.
• Adjust start and due dates intelligently based on context.
• Read parent fields, sibling tasks, and cross-folder data.
• Trigger on API changes, per-action filters, checkbox and formula field support.
Community News
Urgency Classifier Agent. A new ready-to-use agent that scans incoming requests for urgency signals (such as "ASAP", "urgent", "no rush") and automatically updates the task Priority field (High, Normal, Low), reducing the need for manual triage.
Intake Duplication Agent. An agent that scans new requests for duplicates or near-duplicates already present in the active projects folder, flagging likely duplicates before work begins.
